Who we share your information with
The Woodgate Hub booking form is provided by Lemon Booking, who we share information with where necessary to manage your booking. They act as a Data Processor, acting on our behalf under contractual arrangements and in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation.
They use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a sub-processor to store the personal data collected. This data is managed and retained on a cloud based server in London, UK.
Additionally, payments for bookings are collected and managed by Sum Up who act as a Data Controller in their own right.

We may also share information where required by law, regulation, safeguarding obligations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of St Catherine's Hospice, The Woodgate Hub, our service users, staff, volunteers, or members of the public.
We will not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your information
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, financial, insurance, audit, and regulatory requirements. We will archive user accounts which have been inactive for more than 2 years.
Booking records will be retained in accordance with St Catherine's Hospice's Records Retention Schedule and will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
How we keep your information secure
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures include secure systems, restricted access controls, staff training, and regular reviews of our information security arrangements.
Data Protection Officer
The role of Data Protection Officer for St Catherine’s Hospice has been contracted to BLS Stay Complaint. BLS are a consultancy-based firm who take a flexible, risk-based approach, supporting organisations to achieve regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
